1. Who we are

Any Text Editor (anytexteditor.com, "we", "us") is a free website with online text tools, run by Any Text Editor LLC, 279 Tyler Avenue, Ft Lauderdale, Florida, US. These terms apply to the site in all its languages. By using the site, you agree to them.

2. Free to use

All tools are free, for personal and commercial work. You don't need an account, and there is no paid version. We may add, change or remove tools at any time, and the site may sometimes be slow or unavailable.

3. Your texts and results

Your texts, your files and everything you create with the tools are yours. Use the results for any lawful purpose, without crediting us. You are responsible for what you enter or upload, so make sure you have the right to use it.

Most tools run in your browser. Files sent to our server tools are deleted no later than 15 minutes after processing. The Privacy Policy explains what data is processed and how.

4. Fair use

Don't use the site for anything illegal or for content that harms others or infringes their rights. Don't attack or overload the site, and don't send automated mass requests to the server tools. We may block access for anyone who does.

5. Generated names and data

Generated names, test data and documents are made automatically. Test data such as card numbers and addresses is fictitious: don't use it to deceive anyone or to pay. A generated name may already be taken or be a trademark, and a generated document is a template, not legal advice.

6. Ads and other websites

The site is free because it shows ads from third parties. We don't control them and are not responsible for what they offer, or for other websites we link to.

7. No warranty

The site is free and provided "as is". Check important results before you rely on them and keep copies of your work. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using the site or its results. Your rights under the mandatory laws of your country stay as they are.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
